The LIVE sessions are practices led by Julia on camera with a community of like-minded people. 

Each session is  45 min. long using the movements of Spring Forest Qigong founded by Master Chunyi Lin.

No experience is required. The sessions are for all levels from complete beginners to advanced.

All sessions are delivered. For the rare case that I cannot deliver, I will pre-record the session and put it in your library.

These sessions will open the door for you to experience deep inner peace and happiness.

You will improve your general health, boost your immune system, and you will attain a peaceful state of mind.

You will see the benefits of the practice, and these sessions will keep you motivated to do it consistently. 

This is not just any Qigong practice session.

Julia synthesizes the deeper understanding of the teachings of other spiritual masters like  Michael Singer and Eckhart Tolle with the teachings of Master Lin as she introduces each session with a theme that enhances the practice.

In each session she explains an aspect of Qigong and how it relates to your own well being. Then you enjoy 30 minutes of guided practice followed by a short sitting/standing meditation

Julia has years of experience in energy work and has a unique way of guiding you in the meditative movements to a deep place of serenity.

Each time you will have the opportunity to connect deeply with your Higher Self.

Julia is certified as a Qigong Practitioner and as a Life Coach.

 You will learn how to use this practice to help you change your thoughts and then your life - moment by moment.

If you are a new member, you can enjoy a 14-day Free trial after which your account will automatically be charged the subscription fee of $26. This will be  be billed each month. This subscription can be paused or cancelled at any time. 

After purchase, you will receive an email with login instructions so that you can access the library and instructions on how to attend the weekly live sessions.

All live sessions will be held on zoom.

When you cancel, you will be able to attend all remaining sessions in your current billing period. 

At the end of the billing period your access will be revoked and you will no longer receive email reminders.

No partial refunds are given for cancellations during a month.

The extra bonus of attending Qi Light 1 on Tuesdays at no extra cost falls away if this subscription is paused or cancelled.
