Each month, I offer a special Open Session of Qigong for Healing - an invitation to explore peaceful movement and breath in community.
Once you register, you will receive a link for the Zoom for the next Open Qigong Session.
I love sharing the benefits of Qigong and, when there is time, the Qi Acupressure points. Here is a chance to experience what Qigong can do for you, and how you can feel a deep sense of peace and happiness within as you practice.
You will also learn how to help yourself with a variety of conditions so that you can improve your health.
Feel free to invite family and friends. This is especially helpful to those dealing with illness, like cancer or to those who are caregivers.
