This program is designed for individuals who are recovering physically and emotionally from cancer. Whether newly in remission or many years into survivorship, participants often face lingering fatigue, anxiety, and disconnection from their bodies.
This gentle, accessible series helps them feel safe, supported, and empowered in their recovery.

 

Program Overview:

The Healing into Wholeness Series

 

A 6-Session Journey Toward Inner Peace and Body Confidence

Each session is a restorative experience designed to reconnect you with your body, calm your mind, and awaken your inner healing capacity.

You’ll be gently guided through:

  • Gentle Qigong movement (standing or seated) to support energy flow and body trust

  • Breathwork and body awareness to calm the nervous system and ground you in the present

  • Immersive, nature-based guided meditation to release fear, invite peace, and re-pattern the subconscious mind

  • Optional time for reflection or sharing in a safe, supportive space

No prior experience is needed.
This program is suitable for all physical abilities — whether you are in active recovery, rebuilding strength, or simply seeking deep emotional renewal.

  • In-person (local to NC or by arrangement)
